As a Process Engineer Co-Op at Novo Nordisk, I apply my Mechanical Engineering knowledge and Lean Process Improvement skills to support production. I work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and automate processes, equipment, and systems, using tools such as Autodesk Inventor, Tableau, and DeltaV. Previously, I was a Project Management Co-Op at Brasfield & Gorrie where I facilitated communication between various technical and non-technical groups as well as assisted with document control and cost management. I also have over two years of experience as an Assistant to General Contractor at The Cottage Company, where I assisted in the construction of craftsman style single family homes, from blueprints to Certificate of Occupancy. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at North Carolina State University, where I learn the fundamentals of engineering design, analysis, and problem-solving. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions for the healthcare, manufacturing, electronics industries.
