I am a shareholder in Saxton & Stump’s Trucking and Commercial Transportation Group, and also a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. For close to 20 years, I have served clients by quickly and diligently evaluating claims in order to make informed decisions on litigation strategies while keeping my clients’ best interest as my main focus. I concentrate my practice on the defense of commercial motor vehicles and their insurers, as well as a variety of clients in civil litigation matters including general liability and subrogation. I have been successful in civil jury trials on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike in both the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, I have resolved hundreds of cases at mediations, arbitrations and matters in the Magisterial District Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
