Mr. Lane has over 20 years of Consulting, IT Operations and Software Development experience in industries including utilities, chemical and start-ups. His areas of expertise include implementing best practices for managing technology infrastructure, design and development of IT solutions and Process Management. Mr. Lane is certified in ITIL as well as Process Management.
