Provided strategy and fiduciary oversight for the engagement and continued development of the Clinically Integrated Network across all components of the continuum of care. Key areas of focus included Finance/EBIDA stewardship, Analytics and Information Sophistication, Risk Contracting, Network Development, and all other related PCMH/ACO/CIN non-clinical operational functions. Managed over 275M in contract value, including Medicare Advantage, MSSP ACO, and Commercial contracts (including Marketplace).

Key operational teams included the Enterprise Accounts Receivable - Group Revenue Management (Billing, Collection, and Delinquency management), Retail Revenue Management (Traditional Individual and Med Supp LOBs), Cash Disbursements, Cash Application, AP, Corporate Expense Reporting, Enterprise Check Management, and Financial Account Services (FAS) organizations. Annual revenue exceeded 60 Billion and was managed with over 20 million in annual budget responsibility. Operations were maintained 24 hours with teams located across various states and countries (off-shore teams).Key projects included the leadership and successful implementation of many key financial components of ACA - delivering a new approach for Retail Finance related functions to support the new health insurance marketplace (Billing/Collection/Reconciliation/Cost Sharing/SHOP/etc).
