Fire Opal Media is a Digital Game and Board Game development company that employs renowned industry veterans and has developed well renowned titles including 13th Age and DragonFire.My responsibilities with Fire Opal Media include day to day administration duties including, but not limited to accounting, human resource management, partner relations and business planning. I also assist in a producer and game designer role leveraging team building and project management skills.Notable accomplishment include:Data analysis of product sales and establishment of an algorithm for predictive sales of both existing and future products.Enhancement recommendations to programs to increase product functionality and reach. Creation of written contracts for projects including NDA's and SOW's.

Functional Test Lead/Project Coordinator:-Development and turn up Washington Federal’s new online business banking platform Treasure Commercial Center Online to enhance the digital experience for business customers. The platform has 2 feature sets – WAFD Treasury Prime for enterprises and WAFD Treasury Express for small business – plus a mobile application. Designed and executed test cases, Q/A and reporting on bugs and defects and production roll-out testing. Key areas – data migration of existing clients, integration with the bank’s enterprise and 3 rd party applications facilitating external fund and other transactions.-Tested and turn up of software upgrade for middle-ware that enables required reporting of specific types of daily transactions to the federal government. Performed testing to ensure successful integration with the bank’s core enterprise platform for consumer and business banking operations.Robotic Process Automation Development-Developed script to automate manual processes associated with updating of banking customer personal account information. Automation saved an initial $100K plus ongoing reduced expenses and staff man hours. Script also was set up to take screen captures used as a record for future auditing and service inquiries.-Automation script development for Technology Services Group for recurring tasks to monitor the bank’s software and systems infrastructure health, transactions processing etc.--Automated all of the banks testing processes over a 5-month period to improve efficiency of testing whenever upgrades are issued on existing platforms.--Assisted in developing a new automation script to expand automated testing of Commercial Testing Online servers and applications to continuously validate front end consumer experience.
