I serve coffee by creating relationship-driven success and product innovation with sustainability at its core. I'm focused on building teams to create and champion disciplined idea pipelines and strategies that drive sales, build communities, increase brand recognition and bolster the bottom line while creating and nurturing a thriving, equitable and regenerative coffee value system.As a member of the Leadership Council of the Specialty Coffee Association, as well as a National Judge for the US Barista Championship and the US Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, I have a deep knowledge and appreciation of the coffee value chain and the challenges and opportunities it presents. I enjoy sharing my insights and expertise as a keynote speaker at international coffee conferences such as the Specialty Coffee Expo and CoffeeFest and as an advisor and mentor at the Coffee Equity Lab at Vanderbilt University. I also volunteer with non-profits that support women and communities in the coffee industry, such as Women in Coffee Project, Grounds for Health, and International Women's Coffee Alliance.
