I'm focused on building teams to create and champion disciplined idea pipelines and strategies that drive sales, build communities, increase brand recognition and bolster the bottom line while creating and nurturing a thriving, equitable and regenerative coffee value system.As a member of the Leadership Council of the Specialty Coffee Association, as well as a National Judge for the US Barista Championship and the US Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, I have a deep knowledge and appreciation of the coffee value chain and the challenges and opportunities it presents. I enjoy sharing my insights and expertise as a keynote speaker at international coffee conferences such as the Specialty Coffee Expo and CoffeeFest and as an advisor and mentor at the Coffee Equity Lab at Vanderbilt University.
