This position has the responsibility of providing operational leadership within the grouping of ten clinics, assuring clinical and service quality, regulatory compliance, strong financial performance, budget achievement and growth. Reports directly to the VP - West Region, to implement and oversee initiatives and strategies of the company.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provides leadership and support for the clinics within the assigned area of responsibility to include:• Supervising the Clinic Managers of area clinics• Establishes action plans to achieve clinic growth, budgeted profit & clinical service expectations• Proactively addresses clinical or compliance issues and implements solutions/ corrective action• Consults with Clinic Managers on day-to-day operational issues• Creates, manages and sustains relationships with Clinic Managers, providers and Regional Medical Directors• Assures compliance with laboratory regulations, HIPAA, OSHA and other regulatory bodies in designated clinics. Growth:• Collaborates with Sales & Marketing to secure new patient volume • Monitors the scorecards for opportunities for improvement as it relates to the patient experience, right-coding, and reimbursement for services rendered Budget Achievement:• Accountable for achieving individual clinic budgets • Ensures clinic visit and financial growth & identifies and implements cost containment strategies• Monitors clinical staffing based on historical and current volume • Determines capital equipment needs and budgets accordingly• Participates and contributes to strategic and project plansClinic Management:• Hires, oversees, and evaluates the performance of Clinic Managers• Assures care delivery and administrative procedures are carried out in accordance with the company Compliance Plan & achieves licensure or accreditation with the appropriate entities where applicable• Oversees/Coordinates training and education of Clinic Managers and other clinic employees

POSITION SUMMARY:Management of facility resources and staff in compliance with established policies and procedures. Assuring clinical operations are running smoothly and that patient flow is at the optimum.FUNCTIONALITIES:Managing multiple sites. Maintaining quality assurance programs, safety, environmental and infection control standards.Interviewing, hiring, orientation and training of personnel. Evaluating staff performance including verbal/written disciplinary action and annual performance reviews. Assuring adequate staffing is present through the scheduling of receptionists, medical assistants and radiology technicians. Maintaining departmental skills to provide back up for these positions.Assuring that clinics meet regulatory and internal standards including ADHS, COLA and corporate compliance programs. Participating in regulatory/insurance audits and inspections.Providing input to Medical Directors regarding the performance of all providers working at the clinics. Obtaining statistical data regarding profit and loss management. Ensuring appropriate clinic expense and revenue management including input in annual budget process and monthly review of P&L statements. Working in collaboration with Sales & Marketing to identify and implement mechanisms to secure new patient volume and favorably distinguish the company from its competitors. Representing the company at events dedicated to raising awareness about the company and its services while serving the community. Maintaining professional growth and development through seminars, workshops and professional affiliations to keep abreast of the latest trends.Maintaining a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patients and families in accordance with facility standards.Assuring service standards are being achieved while monitoring scorecards for opportunities regarding improvement as it relates to the patient experience.

Direct hands-on involvement in training new-hire employees along with employees retained through acquisitions (staff, providers and management) both in-state and throughout market expansion.
