I am a sales professional in the sports industry with over 20 years experience with selling, training, consulting, strategy, and service. I am a partner and sales rep at NorCal Sports Group, a leading agency that represents the most innovative and respected brands in the cycling, snow, run and outdoor markets. I've made it my mission to sell sunshine (which is to say selling what I love to people I love), support our vendors, dealers and deliver results earning top honors yearly.In my role as a sales rep, I leverage my skills in program writing, inventory support, warranty, event support, merchandising, new product launches and clinics to help my clients and vendors achieve their goals and grow their businesses. I also handle the back end operations of NCSG, coordinating with the bookkeeper and managing overhead. I sit on the rep advisory for several key brands, where I share my insights and feedback on product development, marketing, and sales strategies.If you find me outside of work you'll notice I am a habitual fun-haver and avid outdoor enthusiast. In most cases using the products I sell. I am an avid cyclist (MTB first!), love to hike my local mountains with the family, head up to the snow, play in the water, you name it. I stay involved where I play and am a member on the board of FOTA (Friends of Trionne Annadel) where I live.
