Retired Army intelligence colonel with a foundation in leadership, analysis, attention to detail and compassion, now helping financial advisors find a new home on a growing and dynamic wealth platform. My team’s daily goal is to make our platform more efficient, build and deploy tools for advisors, and keep advisors focused on stated goals while exceeding the fiduciary standard for our clients.I graduated from the University of North Georgia in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In the Army, I served in a variety of command and strategic planning positions. I lived overseas for more than 11 years, trained, visited or deployed to 31 countries, served three combat tours, commanded a 1600-person organization in Iraq and led an Army level talent management program that produces general officers. During that time, I graduated from the US Army Ranger School, Airborne and Air Assault qualification courses and earned a master’s degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia. I pride myself on success in demanding positions and I am passionate about leading and serving. I grew up in Atlanta, lived around the world for 26 years, and now live in Rome, Georgia with my wife Christi and our three amazing daughters. In our relatively rare spare time, we enjoy the outdoors, going to musicals, serving as parent "ubers" for all of our kids sports and activities, spending time with our rescued dogs and cat and going to the Rome Braves games. I am also a member of the American Legion Post 52 and serve as a board member at our church and as chair of the Americanism Committee in the Exchange Club of Rome.
