Conducted precision management of over 3,800 key command and leadership positions and recommended programmatic changes that affects Army command policies. Conducted analysis, statistical reviews and prepared reports to answer Army senior leader and Congressional inquiries. Analyzed mass data to produce detailed briefs on the selection, trend analysis, and placement of these leaders into key positions. Personally briefed these detailed products to the Army’s most senior executives for approval.

Led a 20 person team that conducted talent management of over 6,000 Army Intelligence officers and designated them for their next assignment ensuring the right leader went to the right organization at the right time. Met personnel management, career assessments and professional development requirements for the entire MI officer corps. Achieved a 100% success rate in meeting the needs of all Army units requiring intelligence personnel.

Wiesbaden Area, Germany

Led a 1600 person organization with 12 subordinate elements dispersed between 19 base camps in three countries during combat operations. Prepared this unit for combat in less than 6 months despite a 60% turnover of personnel. While in combat, ensured the health and welfare of employees and their family members at home station in Germany with 100% success. Responsible for the training, operations, logistics, communications, maintenance and deployment readiness. Maintained, accounted for and turned in over $170M worth of equipment without loss.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

Led and trained 56 military and civilian analysts in the U.S. Central Command’s highest priority branch during an extremely critical period of the war in Iraq. Responsible for providing daily predictive intelligence analysis and indications and warnings on salient threats to the Republic of Iraq, US and coalition forces. Routinely prepared and briefed analytical reports and products, including Congressional testimony support, to the command’s 4 star leadership.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

Senior Operations Officer for 191 personnel who provided intelligence analysis used to combat terrorism, insurgent and extremist forces for 27 countries in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility. Provided intelligence and targeting support, indications and warnings, and force protection support for U.S. and coalition forces in Iraq. Routinely worked with the National Intelligence Community and Governmental Interagency Intelligence Partners. Served as the 4 star command’s lead for the Department of States’ Rewards for Justice Program.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

Served as a Senior Intelligence Watch officer providing intelligence, indications and warnings, and crisis intelligence support to the Joint Operations Center and U.S. Central Command’s leadership. Routinely briefed senior leaders on developing intelligence issues and prepared the daily intelligence brief for production and dissemination through classified networks world-wide.

Second in command of a 300 person, Germany-based, intelligence organization responsible for signal intelligence support for the Army in Europe. Led and supervised the commander’s staff and was responsible for all aspects of administration, intelligence, training, operations, logistics, communications, maintenance and deployment readiness. Managed a budget of over $500,000.
