I oversee the entire People Function at Medium, which includes a team of 11 People Experts, as well as our RPO Partnership team (team of 5). Our People Practice includes teams focused on Learning & Development, HR business partnership, Operations/IT/Analytics, and Recruiting.As part of the Executive Team, I work in lockstep with Leaders across the organization on everything from big-picture planning and strategy, to the nitty-gritty execution of all things People related (hiring, training, employee relations, performance, etc.). I have also owned our Compensation work, leading the team through a compensation audit and subsequent roll out of new compensation philosophy and bands.

I led a highly engaged, high-performing group of recruiting folks. Together, we grew our company by 153% since early 2019.
