I am currently CEO and senior country manager with over 25 years of experience in companies belonging to complex multinational groups in the industrial and energy sectors. In my working life I have had the good fortune to gain multidisciplinary experience, both in the technical-commercial field and in the field of project management, contributing to the start-up of the first branch in Italy of a rental leading multinational of industrial equipment. I enjoy making decisions, developing new ideas, motivating and enhancing human capital, which for me is the basis of business success in terms of quality of work, market reputation and results.I have thus come to manage a business unit in the field of uninterruptible power supply and renewable modular hybrid microgrids, solving change management, business development and customer satisfaction challenges that have led the company to increase turnover and achieve excellent profit margins.
