Improved greatly the process using VBA.• Prepare FAIR based on AS9102• Worked on transmission system on big names such as Boeing, Rolls-Royce, GE, military/defense application, etc. Extensive technical communication between the various departments. • Kaizen activity to analyze and solve problem of backlog. Solve RTG (return to Green). RCCA to identify the major problem of system. Solve non-conformance by quality clinics with cross function teams.• Review customer balloon drawings/Inspection reports and verify design parameters.• Internal audit of AS9100 and inventory.
