Establish new SaaS and PaaS Services including got-to-market.

Responsible for the project management department and management of the project portfolio. Execution of on- & off-boarding projects of banks (transition/migration) in collaboration with the application management and operations team as well as the development, implementation and rollout of new Software as a Service (SaaS) based services.Responsible for the strategic SaaS (Software as a Service) initiative to establish a PaaS/SaaS business model at Finnova. Initiating and driving the required change and transition with the ambition to become the provider of choice for SaaS related Banking Services in Switzerland.

Responsible for overall 3-5 years global IPS platform strategy including definition of long-term capability roadmap along the GWM/IPS vision.

Responsible for overall business architecture of the discretionary & advisory platform. Business project co-lead of a strategic program to deliver new contracted advisory platform.

Responsible for the green-field development, rollout and integration of client, client advisor and investment professional applications. Lead to create and establish discretionary platform business vision including future oriented, large-scale, industrialized target operating model. Business program/project lead for the development and rollout of the new discretionary mandate platform along the outlined vision.

Responsible for global performance & ex. post risk measurement and analysis. This included the monitoring and assessment of Chief Investment Office and other investment decision makers contribution, along the UBS investment process. Successfully ensured global compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS). Responsible for discretionary and advisory mandates related sales, investment control and ad-hoc reporting. Lead for all performance, risk and reporting related change the bank activities.

Establish and operate the GIPS Office. Project and business analysis lead for the introduction of a new, greenfield based GIPS composite administration & performance measurement application. Methodology responsibility for the new UBS client performance calculation framework, which is directly linked to client reporting & online channels.

Responsible for sales, acquisition and review support for all client advisors in Central Switzerland

Responsible for the management of discretionary mandates with focus on fixed income, including performance monitoring and quality assurance. Member of the market research & analysis group Germany
