i. Lead the central IT function of the organization, including directly managing one team member and indirectly managing other local offices ii. Engage with IT teams across subsidiaries to determine user system requirements. iii. Lead development of IT strategy to ensure the organization has the right technology tools (software and hardware) to operate productively and securely. iv. Oversee administration of and configuration of critical cloud-based software tools used across the organization (such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, etc.) v. Offer general support to IT administrators across the subsidiaries e.g. system troubleshooting, vendor management.vi. Customizing systems deployed for each subsidiary to suit their needsvii. Serve as the technical lead for IT-related and data protection policies and procedures, working with legal, risk, and compliance, IT Security Policy, and Data Breach Policy, and implementing compliance with data protection laws and policies. viii. Serve as the technical lead for IT-related and data protection related audits, working with legal, risk, compliance, and other leads in the tech department ix. Design and oversee systems for smooth and efficient IT operations such as onboarding and offboarding processes x. As needed, conduct occasional field visits to support teams, conduct trainings, and spot check IT compliance xi. Ensure the support team responds to and troubleshoot requests through our ticketing system xii. Manage the security of software and hardware tools used across the organization, including evaluating new vendors xiii. Provide training and support to users across the organization

i. Conducting system design, analysis and troubleshoots in the computer network systems and providing workable solutions that suits the needed programs and users. • Deliver the network projects within their country/area IT stakeholders. ii. Providing network administration and support for all partners and stakeholders. iii. Handling the installation and configuration of network systems and providing access to end-users as needed. iv. Ensuring systems security by Installing, configuring and monitoring of system firewalls and virus protection systems v. CCTV surveillance security systems installations, configuration and maintenance to ensure security of premises. vi. Installation of Fiber Access Terminals, Access Terminal Boxes, and Optical Network Terminals at client premises. vii. Configuration of routers and installation of the same to communicate with other network equipment.viii. Troubleshooting of Clients sites and offering support. ix. Fusion splicing and termination of fiber at ODFs and FATs using Fusion Splicer Machines.x. Design and develop reports and analysis that will assist the technical team to pinpoint trouble spots which require immediate actions.
