Funeral Home - assisting families with traditional burials or cremation services. Answering phones for two funeral homes. Assisting the funeral directors and funeral associates to process legal documents, set appointments, greet families and help to ensure the office runs smoothly. Order supplies. Contact families to obtain obituary information, payment and pick-up of items after their loved one has been in our care. Provide paid in full statements to law firms. On a monthly basis, pay North Carolina cremation tax and North Carolina Sales and Use tax. Create video tributes, service bulletins and memorial folders for families. Run monthly outstanding accounts receivable reports and help to resolve outstanding balances due. Set appointments for those who desire to pre-plan their final disposition. Prepare folders for the pre-planning meetings.

I work with clients to help them appreciate their employees and to discover new ways to give appreciation throughout their companies. I research prospects and help to grow our brand. It is a pleasure to work in the employee recognition industry.

As a Sales Administrator, I help the Managing Director to set-up new clients with employee recognition programs, maintain existing client programs and relationships. I am in contact with existing clients to help with questions, orders and future planning for recognition events. I work closely with my Corporate Team to make it all happen. We communicate on a daily basis regarding what work is required and what future work will be coming in. It is very rewarding to see teamwork happen.
