Built and managed an IT service delivery organization that could meet the operational needs of the business, and scale in alignment with the growth model and IT service centralization strategy. Worked with VP of IT Serviced to implement a framework that ensures a consistent and reliable means to measure and manage IT performance to the business.

Lead global workforce in building a word class IT infrastructure currently processing nearly 9 million transactions per week facilitating approximately 20% of the world’s ocean trade. Work closely with VP of Global Technology to manage an $8M+ annual operating and capital IT budget ensuring that expenditures are always within investment and risk tolerance. Successfully manage INTRA’s IT Service Portfolio against the ITIL Continuous Service Improvement model driving efficiency, resiliency, and capability. Measure and manage datacenter capacity and IT service operations using best practice performance indicators and Service Level Objectives. Serve as a visionary leader implementing emerging technologies in support of business growth and provide leadership and motivation to a highly and diversely skilled infrastructure organization of 30+ employees and consultants. Implement programs, processes, and tools to enable program management, IT Service Management, Information Security, and Business Continuity

Reported to the CIO as Technology Director and responsible for the entire Infrastructure organization, supporting 800+ users in 10 locations nationwide. Developed Infrastructure Management consulting practice and lead engagements for clients such as AT&T, SunGard, Sankyo Parke Davis, and Schroders.

Managed all IT operations for the Communication Industry Group headquarters supporting over 1000 users, as well as the network, servers and technology enabling all IT and communications needs for the business.
