Beyond my various roles three pillars make up my professional profile and simultaneously my personality.International background:I lived and worked internationally a substantial part of my life. I spent 1/2 a year in Athens, Greece and I have spent 2 1/2 years in the US in three stays. Further I worked in numerous international settings during my jobs (e.g. supported Israeli high-tech companies forming business bonds to Germany or working for the French tech unicorn Mirakl in Munich addressing the DACH market). Fascination for tech / IT / SaaS: When I was working in San Francisco in 2012 I inspired by the start-up / tech scene of the Silicon Valley. The fast pace, innovation and customer-centricity were what got me most. I wanted to take part in driving digital disruption. Since my time in the Silicon Valley I held various positions in IT/software companies - mostly in Business Development and Sales.Sales / Partnerships:Throughout my entire professional career all of my roles were in sales. I was thriving on the direct impact in the business, the visibility, the ability to measure one's performance and last but not least also the daily contact with other people. In my most recent roles I was working in sales for software/SaaS companies either directly interacting with prospects and lately leading sales teams.

In my role at Personio I am leading a sales development team which is responsible for the first interation with potential new customers. This includes coaching, mentoring the team but also setting clear goals (ARR/MRR) and expections (KPIs) in order to movitate the team and lead them to hitting their targets (accepted pipeline).I am always willing to support the team hands-on: jumping on a customer call, drafting emails together or following up for my team members. 90% of the work of my team is cold outbound and the outreach is done via various ways such as cold calling, emailing, social networks (like Linkedin and Xing), writing hand written letters but also meeting the prospects at networking events and trade shows. After the initial interest is sparked the SDR has an initial meeting (30-45min) to get to know the prospect, qualify and if there is a fit plant the seed to learn more about Personio. When the conversation gains traction a second meeting is scheduled which is joined by the SDR and the AE. If the AE decides to move forward with the opportunity after that call the opportunity transfered to the AE and counted as accpepted pipeline for the SDR.Some of my highlights and achievements during my time at Personio:+ leading a team of 15 SDRs over several months (usual team size is ~8 SDRs)+ established AE/SDR Pairing (1-1 / 1-2) in the L1 size segment and contionous exchange of best practices between AEs and SDRs. This lead to the L1 size segment to be one of the most succesfull - both in accepted and closed pipeline.+ average quota attaintment 89%+ 107% team performance in Q1 2023 -
