Mark is a senior IT professional with 20+ years experience, mostly in the retail sector, with a broad range of IT functions and services, starting life as a developer through to operational and strategic management. With several years working abroad for a large department store retailer with multi location, multi channel, warehousing and jewellery businesses; this was a life changing experience and educated him on the challenges in working in different locations and cultures.Mark returned to the UK in 2002 and worked for a leading luxury retail group, managing their North Atlantic Technology, Warehousing, Supply Chain and store openings/projects.Until a recent acquisition, Mark was Head of IT & Service Delivery for Professional Services company managing risk and compliance.
