* Functioning as project controls engineer on MBTA Green Line Extension as a consultant to STV Inc. * Responsible for ensuring expectations of client are met, ensuring timeframe and budget costs are on track.* Responsible for electronic project controls system (E-Builder) used for financial reporting, document management, project management, and field administration tracking for entire program.* Responsible for all design project submittals to prime contractor including but not limited to design packages, written submittals and RFIs.

* Directs and controls the District's Snow and Ice Control Operations* Supervises employees engaged in Snow and Ice Control and Roadsides activities.* Supervises activities related to the District Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) ensuring the highest level of reliability and continuous operation for highway monitoring and effective traveler notifications.* Supervises, coordinates and monitors the activities of all subordinates to ensure effective operations.* Oversees the proper completion of all reports, documents and estimates required during the construction of a project and accurately tracks project costs.* Demonstrates extensive knowledge of various aspects of construction projects.

* Responsible for management of several district-wide emergency and scheduled drainage contracts ranging in value between 600k-3M. * Inspects the work of contractors to ensure conformance to plans, specifications and standards of good workmanship on various phases of construction. * Maintains records of work, members of the contractor's work force, equipment, and other data required for estimates for payment. * Advises the contractor on work that does not conform to requirements and specifications. * Inspects and performs field tests on materials for conformance to specification and monitors activities regarding Safety and Traffic Controls for Construction Operations in the performance of work.
