As a part of the Greenlight Therapeutics Team, I get to help serve and educate a range of registered patients with their medical marijuana products. The position itself is similar to a retail sales job, here we get to work one-on-one with each patient as needed to make sure they are understanding and using products that assist with their pain; discomfort.

In addition to my duties as a technician; mainly assisting patients with their individual treatment programs, I was responsible for administrative/front desk tasks. Those tasks included, verifying/checking insurance benefits, checking in patients, answering phone calls, scheduling, sending update and discharge letters to physicians and collecting copays.
