As the sole owner and President of L.L. Consulting, I launched my woman-owned business in 2000. Through consulting, webinars and workshops, I provide technical assistance and consulting services that includes organizational formation and training, strategic planning, visioning and action plan development, Main Street Program development and management, Board facilitation and training, volunteer recruitment and management, and business retention and attraction strategies. Over the last 20+ years, I assisted hundreds of communities and agencies across the Southwest including local governments, Main Street programs, redevelopment agencies, business associations, chambers of commerce, business improvement districts, community development corporations and downtown organizations across the Southwest.I currently have two offices - one in Phoenix, AZ and one in Grass Valley, CA. In addition advising on downtown development and economic revitalization utilizing the Main Street Four Point Approach, I also provide business advising for several California based Small Business Development Centers (SBDC’s), am the acting Executive Director for the Arizona Heritage Alliance and volunteer my time as the coordinator for the Arizona Downtown Alliance, a program of the Arizona Preservation Foundation. I hold a Bachelor of Science, Public Administration, from California State University - Sacramento where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I am affiliated with the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Main Street America, California Association for Local Economic Development, Arizona Preservation Foundation and Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits.
