I am organized and detail-oriented with 12 years of working experience. I graduated from Wright State University in 2019, dual majoring in Human Resource Management and Management. As a kid, I always loved the uniqueness of individuals and what makes a person who they are. I believe that uniqueness is what helps a business excel. I currently work at Wright Patt Credit Union as a Financial Coach and love every minute of it. My academic and working experience has well equipped me with the knowledge, tools, organization skills, and determination that will help me drive a company to succeed. I have worked in the banking industry for over 5 years and Human Resources for 2 years. I have held a variety of roles in the banking industry including teller, banker, management, and financial coaching. At Applied Optimization I managed the company’s HR department in areas such as recruiting, learning and development, benefits, policies and procedures, and other administrative/HR duties. Before departing, I created a 200+ page reference guide in which I explained in detail all aspects of how to do my job so my successor could be successful. I graduated with a 4.0 at Wright State and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, a business honor society placing me at the top 5% in the business school.
