Quickly discovered the perils and challenges of being my own boss, developed skills while nurturing a passion, discovered and learned a myriad of new things to use with every project.Main Skills:- Photography: Portraits, Couples, Weddings(most of my experience went here, mainly because pursuing a passion will do that)- Hardware: Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, three different lenses, and a lot of attachments(“Your first 10,000 photographs are your worst.” – Henri Cartier-Bresson)- Editing Software: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom(a lot of things can be researched and learned quickly with video tutorials and a lot of exploration)- Social Media: the Insta-book(tm) platform(the internet can be a big, scary place but that doesn't mean you shouldn't leave your mark on it)Additional Skills (the logistics and inner-workings of being a small business):- Web-Maintenance: generic Word Press skills (a default repercussion of being self-employed)- Communication: customer management- "Marketing & PR": flyer design and distribution- Small business management skills

A part-time job is an excellent opportunity to gain additional experience and income while student life occupies too much time for self-employment to be efficient.Main Skills:-Teamwork: worked on autonomous tasks while staying in close contact with the marketing and software development team to establish an efficient sales strategy that is aligned with the challenges of today’s world-Research: elaborated a number of groundwork with the goal of new customer aquisition and industry expansion-Content Processing, Presentation and Texting: created handouts, summaries and overviews to keep the sales manager informed about key industry news, events and trends, and make the overall sales process more efficient and time-saving. -Database Maintanance: received company-specific software training, maintained the database and sales tool, trained a new team member -Customer Contact: service for regular customers, prepared and followed up on client meetings (I'm the one who doesn't talk much, but takes notes and is able to give everyone a recap of what happened in a meeting two months ago)Additional Skills: -Translation Work: translated presentations and handouts for meetings with foreign clients (German – English)-Marketing: worked with the marketing manager on smaller tasks, such as designing, writing and sending greeting cards

Was included in the process of image selection, confection and packaging, because they missed a team member, and ended up spending most of my time with one foot in each of two different departments

Research and theoretical education in photography quickly gets exhausted. Practical application proves to be much more effective. Seeking out a mentor for a practical application was efficient. And every photographer appreciates quality volunteer work.Main Skills:- Photography: assisted with photo shoots in a variety of areas (mainly wedding, portrait and newborn) and locations (outdoors, studio as well as corporate environments), jumped in for appointments and was the second photographer at weddings. Developed a different skill set for each type of photography. - Hardware: Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, variety of (mainly) prime lenses, and a lot of attachments- Creative Set Design: created and realized set concepts for newborn and food photography, worked with a lot of accessories and developed matching color schemes- Customer Contact: Participated in meetings, handled scheduling (email only), learned to work with different types of customers and their individual needsAdditional Skills:- Web Maintanance: Word Press, Blog posts- Editing Software: Adobe Phtotoshop (basic retouching)- Product Design: created photo books and birth cards using Saal Digital Design software

What do you call a secretary's secretary?Main Skills:- Warehouse Management and Logistics: Got quickly familiar with the company-specific software and managed the central warehouse including processing and shipping daily orders as well as checking and restocking the inventory-Administrative work: digitalized invoices, and was trusted with the cash book filing Additional Skills:- Archiving: Quickly adapted the company’s system and archived old folders to ease the load on daily operations- "Gofer": Because everyone appreciates good coffee and sandwiches during meetings

Worked part-time during high-school. Did a variety of things, such as unpacking and shelving goods and provide good customer service.Learned to not take people's work in a business of the daily need for granted. And that I really don't want to work in retail.
