Completion of 600 hours of clincial rotations in primary care, adult/gerontological health, reproductive care, pediatrics, and family health. Experience included working in primary care, urgent care, assisted living, transitional care, and long-term care settings. Clincals were completed within the M Health System and with Twin Cities Physicians.

Leadership position including supervision of 100+ registered nurses and 10+ nursing assistants. Responsible for implementation of evidence-based best practices, evaluation of policies, and assisting with multiple research studies.

Managed staff of 25+ rehabilitation aides and aquatic staff. Responsible for managing all aspects of therapeutic aquatics program, including outpatient physical therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, Arthritis Foundation courses and community outreach.
