Current• Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving technical issues and answering queries in a timely manner• Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention • Software support and troubleshooting • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and supplemental account management• Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing ongoing proactive support throughout the customer life cycle• Software support and troubleshooting• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement• Work with the product teams to gather customer feedback and identify areas for product functionality• Provide timely resolution of product-related customer support issues• Daily account communication regarding the status of open support requests• Collaborate with the product team to relay user feedback and contribute to product improvements• Contribute to the creation of support resources, such as help articles• Support sales by upselling with product knowledge
