- Plan out and control the monthly strategy with partners.- Auditing the team members’ working process to ensure that the placement is aligned with partners’ preferences.- Be point of contact for all partner updates and account management matters.- Handle company subscriptions and reports.- Spontaneous administrative tasks.

- Create trackers and process monthly tasks based on assignments.- Come up with solutions to optimize the team workflow.- Collaborate with HR department to come up with new ideas for occasional events.

- Check guests in and out, assign rooms, issue room keys, prepare booking procedures and collect payments.- Customer care and support: set up and prepare guest's birthday, honeymoon, wedding anniversary; book tickets, pick-up, and drop-off.- Handle reservations and manage guests’ accounts and information.- Handle complaints and conduct service recovery if any. - Answer phone calls/ emails and provide the necessary information from inside and outside for guests and travel agents.- Effective teamwork to hand over the shift and transfer information to relevant departments.- Night auditor.
