Tech Waters is an Organization for Construction of Residential & Commercial pools, Water Treatment Plant.During this period get involved in design, construction of commercial and residential swimming pools and managing the technical staff at sites.

During this period with Amin I get involved for Construction and finishing works of High Rise buildings, Residential buildings and Tower foundations.• Overall construction management of the site as per the scheduled programme.• Preparing Pre-budget including man and machinery flow with time schedule/ programme for weekly/ monthly/ yearly requirements to complete projects successfully.• Involving in all site activities such as setting out, concrete works, super structure, waterproofing and finishing including cladding and interior work.• Mobilizing required manpower, material and machinery as per site requirements.

I worked as Civil Engineer at Sithma Development Office Complex Construction Project( 24 Storied Building)During this period gained valuable experience in all aspects of construction experience such asStructural,Finishing and Landscaping work.

I was joined as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Sanken Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.I was engaged at Hatton National Bank Building site at Boralesgamuwa and site work was handled independently. During this period involved in all site activities such as setting out, concrete works, super structure, waterproofing and finishing. • Preparing material requirement estimations and repeat orders.• Coordination with consultants for inspections and changes in design.• Ensuring QA/AC work standards according to the specifications.
