Receptionist And Administrative Assistant
CurrentResponsibilities include (but are not limited to) answering phones, making calls on behalf of staff, office reception, welcoming guests, sending and replying to office e-mails, managing the voicemail system and forwarding recorded messages, customer service, maintaining records, scanning documents, keeping inventory of office supplies and placing orders, scheduling appointments and meetings, arranging travel and accommodations for staff and clients, managing incoming and outgoing mail, performing various administrative and clerical duties, assisting staff on various duties and responsibilities. Position reports to the COO.Qualifications:Prior experience working in an office environmentStrong writing ability and ability to edit the work of othersA positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers and clientsExceptional attention to detail and excellent communications skillsA diplomatic approach toward finding resolutions to problemsAn aptitude for being a self-starterAbility to stay focused and work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamA willingness to help assist with special projects and time-sensitive tasksHigh school diploma required, higher education a plusMicrosoft Office Suite experiencePhotography, graphics, design, web design experience a plusAn interest in entertainment and pop culture.
