Served as the Head of Concept in one of the biggest conferences simulating the European Union (EU) in the world. My tasks in Belgrade Model European Union (BEUM) 2016 involved coordinating the efforts of the whole Academics team (team of 14 individuals), delegating tasks, outlining the academic aspect of the conference in terms of topics and themes, reviewing applications and assigning participants to their roles.

Malmö Association of Foreign Affairs is a​ politically and religiously independent non-profit association that organises weekly lectures, worshop and diverse events related to international politics. • Improved the internal structure of the association by overseeing the work of all departments and maintaining a regular advisory role.• Co-wrote a comprehensive handover report which laid the groundwork for all future handover processes in the association.• Improved and assisted with the association's bookkeeping and annual reports, together with the President of the association.

Served as Secretary-General in the third edition of Model United Nations of Malmö (MUNmö). MUNmö is an international conference organized by the Malmö Association of Foreign Affairs. The conference simulates the United Nations and hosts over 150 participants from all over the world. The Secretary-General is in charge of the academic aspect of the conference, coordinating the efforts of the Executive Board and Secretariat prior to the event, and booking guest speakers. • Developing the theme and topics of the conference through extensive and detailed research.• Recruiting and interviewing candidates for conference staff positions, as well as coordinating the efforts of staff members prior to the conference.• In charge of leading and coordinating the Academics department (team of 6 individuals) in their work prior and during the conference.• Booked conference guest speakers, two of which included the Chief of UNFPA Nordic Office Pernille Fenger, and the 2015 CEO of the Hunger Project, Sara Wettergren.
