Answer research requests using bill of materials, engineering drawings, vendor files, KnowledgeBase, and electronic catalog to identify salable replacement parts compatible with original truck systems. Conduct chassis analysis to validate the accuracy of customers’ requests. Create a 'parts lists' of components that will be required to change out and new parts to be added. Validate that the requested change and the parts provided will not affect other areas of the truck.Investigate dealer requests. Validate that the request from the dealer is correct for the application of the truck chassis number provided. Determine which part(s) are required based on the information provided by the dealer. Clarify the dealer requests by providing recommendations based on truck knowledge and components.Research, author and publish KnowledgeBase content for dealer self-service.Special projects as needed.

My responsibilities involve rapid prototyping of the current working model and future, more compact designs. I use SolidWorks to construct CAD models and 3D printing with NylonX (carbon fiber reinforced nylon) filament to manufacture low weight and high strength parts.
