I am an experienced retail manager and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience managing the end-to-end operation of an outdoor and watersports store. I generally believe products are sold best through your own experience and with excellent customer relations, whether it is during the sales process or with after-sales follow-up and service. I have a very good reputation of customer follow-up and service.I myself am also an avid outdoor person, and love to be practicing these sports/recreation as much as possible, especially watersports. I can kiteboard, SUP, surf, open-ocean swim and free-dive, but I also love to cycle, camp, hike and mountain climb – being surrounded by nature and using products to enhance these experiences.Apart from having intricate experience of the day-to-day operations of a retail setup, I also enjoy working hands-on with such things as product maintenance, care and repairs.
