I founded Follow the Fear, a leadership development studio that uses improv tools to boost our most crucial human skills. We create playful learning experiences for organizations – workshops, programs, talks, and other fun events.Our sessions nudge people out of their comfort zones to foster learning and growth in the areas of: Adaptability, Collaboration, Creativity, Well-being. We partner with organizations to support their learning and development goals. Sometimes that means designing and facilitating impactful offsites and retreats. Other times that means delivering regular in-person or virtual programming that fit seamlessly into managers' work cycles. And still other times we do creative consulting and experience design.
