Enter safety information such as incidents, near misses, quality/safe catch cards and HOZ data into SIMS database , create and attend all safety and supervisor meetings on site, manage and maintain training matrix for 195 employees on site, report all observations of unsafe conditions and acts verbally and written to management and assist site supervision in regards to safety briefs or safety task assignments (STA's).
