- Build engagement hubs for dedicated projects with 50 maps, 40 webpages, 20 surveys built that generated above than average engagement rates of 40% + - Create a microsite for the NSW Plastics Ban project that received 170,000 total visits.- Lead the creation of 2 virtual 3D engagement rooms as alternative for standard webpage with 375% increase of views compared to the corporate website.- Mentor and train the communication officer on the plaftorm “Social pinpoint” and train our team of five on the plaftorm “Social pinpoint”.- Be the digital engagement lead for various projects such as the Bays West public exhibition, the NSW Plastics Ban and other rezoning projects.

- Coordinate development, delivery and evaluation of community relations activities.- Draft communication collateral including web content, letters, brochures, newsletters, fact sheets or frequently asked questions.- Organise community information sessions for public exhibitions of planned precincts.- Coordinate media advertising, production and delivery of communication materials.- Become a champion for the digital interactive map platform called "Social pinpoint" to gather feedback from the community online.

Write the storyboard, record the voice over and deliver final versions.- Lead the creation of a booklet to promote ATMO to medical centres and their patients.- Write and send the internal weekly newsletter.
