Current• Create opportunities for trainees to share their learning objectives and tailor training deliverables to ensure trainees with different learning methods and experience levels can meet their learning goals.• Innovative new ways to communicate seemingly complicated technical topics such as SIEM, UEBA, and SOAR to a wide-ranging audience.• Use instructional design techniques to create and lead effective training sessions that result in engaging and quality self-paced and instructor-led offerings.• Maintain and evolve the tools and infrastructure that make delivering instructor-led training (ILT) possible by constantly looking for ways to optimize the trainee’s experience.• Cultivate relationships with internal teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Sales to provide effective means of collaboration and help achieve shared goals.
