*Support site principals and staff to continue to build positive school cultures and support teaching and learning at school sites*Offer guidance with existing student intervention support systems that exist on school, during recess and lunch periods and as needed*Support the facilitation of professional learning aligned to site needs in coordination with site principal*Attend grade level articulation meetings when possible and assist with monitoring students to support appropriate interventions*Support site team-based efforts to assist in an integrated student intervention system in collaboration with Impact/intervention teachers, SSA, Counselor, etc.*Support site principal with discipline and implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention System (PBIS) with an equity lens.*Support staff such as Character Coaches, Impact teachers, Instructional Aides, etc.*Support site and district staff with Title 1 federal compliance requirements*Engage in professional learning opportunities with other Teaching and Learning TOSAs during the school year.
