We create several CRM web apps for a US bank’s employees. - Lead of Design System Team: reworked and developed a design system (DS) applied in several project teams. Main focuses on consistency, efficiency on all components and foundations. We successfully delivered the DS (source code and documentation, live demo site) right on the committed time. It helped decrease more than 50% of previous issues tickets/communication. - Manage a team of 2 designers and 2 developers. Not only lead but build a strong bond among team members. - Plan, Collaboration and Communication: Plan team’ work agenda, forecast release timeline. Conducted meetings in internal DS team and with project teams. Ensured well alignments and gathering valuable feedbacks. Deliver release notes and connect with stakeholders proactively. - Design System Implementation: Define component behaviors, UI specs. Create documentation. Follow developers’s working status. Test components and give feedbacks. Hand off and ensure all project teams/members can take benefits from it.- Main Designer in CRM Projects: contribute and manage design efforts to specific CRM projects. Create designs through 5 steps of design thinking process. Get client’s approvals and designated user’s positive feedbacks. - Main designer on the behalf of UX team. - Work closely and transparently with scrum team (PO, BA, Dev, QC,…) and clients to address business requirements - Build UX research through client transfer meeting, user interview. Create persona, user journey mapping, clickable low-fidelity prototype. Do UI testing after deployment to prevent potential UI bugs and logic bugs. - Engage with client and team: Not just in transfer meeting, review meeting but daily communication through emails, chat, call. Address and response to urgent issue to ensure design quality and client satisfaction.- Recognition on Performance: Received consistent ‘Excellent’ ratings in performance reviews (2 times per year).

I created mini apps, websites for Zalo, a VN big tech company. I managed to switch to UX design after the acclaimed projects with design manager’s approval. ‘Baby Vaccination’ mini app on Zalo OA has numerous user engagements.- Mini-apps: Designed mini-apps (on Zalo official accounts) for Zalo’s business partners to general users that is aligned with the main application and design language.- Websites/Landing pages: Developed landing pages for Zalo, Zalo Business, and Zalo Careers events.- Concept and Logo: I used to work as a senior graphic designer, creating concepts and logos before transitioning to UI/UX design.- Dribbble UX Challenge: During this period, I spent time after work to submit the 100 daily UX challenge on the biggest design community. Create 100 design pieces and become a few ones to reach that milestone.

Designed, collaborated with diverse teams and members at Vingroup, a Vietnamese big corporation.___Vingroup is a big Vietnamese corporation with many sub companies. At first, I entered Vingroup for their upcoming project Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc at the most rush time. This is such a new and interesting project.- I worked with the marketing team for planning and executing most of marketing items. For example: Zoo signs systems, key visuals, applied posm and operating items… Besides, I evaluated other projects like website, short advertising clip.- Design and revise due to Sales team and manager’s feedbacks.Later, I moved Vinpearlland’s amusement parks and family entertainment centers. Then, I worked in Hanoi for one month to get manager’s directions. Some of my works there: the first Ice skating championship in Vietnam, billboard & ads for Vinpearlland.

Created print and online graphic designs for various industries including F&B, Retail and Entertainment.____Jigsaw is a young marketing agency with young energetic people. I was challenged to work with a wide range of clients (beverages, pharmacy or even car) to produce designs applied in digital marketing and events.- Take brief from account executive.- Brainstorm with the full team (pr & digital marketing, event team…)- Produce key visuals- Incorporate with team to present ideas to clients.- Support at some events.
