Returns mail collected, undeliverable mail, and submits monies and receipts to post office. Prepares mail for forwarding and maintains records of change of address information. Prepares a daily trip report and maintains a list of the customers on the route. Conducts special surveys when required. Answer incoming calls and determine purpose of caller and forward to appropriate personnel or department if needed. Oversee/monitor customer service calls received from all Sharps Compliance customers, prospective customers, and business partners. Follow established procedure for incoming leads. Assist in the production of accurate drafting, typing, proofreading, compiling, copying and binding on a variety of materials such as educational support materials, sales proposals, contracts, agreements, special reports/projects, memos, letters, manuals, etc. for the company. Maintain Customer Retention Program which involves outbound calls to existing and perspective customer base.
