Responsibilities:• Manage the day-to-day operations of Omari McQueen's social media accounts and YouTube channelCollaborate with Omari and his team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with his brand and mission.• Oversee the production of all content, including videos, photos, and written content, ensuring that they meet Omari's high standards of quality and creativityManage and coordinate a team of writers, editors, producers, and other content creators.• Monitor and analyze social media and YouTube metrics and make recommendations for adjustments to content strategy and execution.•Manage the distribution of content across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.• Maintain and grow Omari's brand and audience by engaging with fans, responding to comments and messages, and developing partnerships and collaborations with other brands and influencers.• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and YouTube, and make recommendations for new content formats and strategies that will keep Omari's audience engaged and excited.
