2Nd Trust /Equity Loan Supervisor
• Managed progress of loan volume and a variety of projects to ensure department goals were met. • Provided guidance to employees, establish priorities and resolve complex problems. • Handled employee performance appraisals and coordinates the development of each employee, ensuring performance goals are established for each employee and progress monitored regularly.
