Acted as Project Manager leading a team of 4 students working with Alamitos Beach Clean Up on a 10-week consulting project and produced the following deliverables:• Proposed visibility initiative to develop ABCU's online presence and increase accessibility for community• Created a simple and professional website to centralize information and communication with volunteers• Provided documentation for ABCU on how to maintain the website for a seamless transfer of ownership at the conclusion of our partnership• Integrated an online waiver and sign-in form on the website to streamline the sign-in process prior to events and enhance safety protocols• Integrated an online volunteer interest form on the website to collect data on prospective volunteers for future outreach efforts as well as reduce messaging across all platforms• Designed a social media template to strengthen ABCU's professional brand and image
