Working at Hyde Park Clubhouse as an Operation & Quality Executive, Reporting to HPD Clubhouse GM & HPD Operations Quality Manager, the Main majority is as following:- Handling Members/Guest Complaints.- Operating & Supervise on Events Reservation. - Spotting and reporting any defects on site.- Handling and solving any situations.- Creating Reports for Quality Manager- Carry out quality assurance tests to discover errors and optimize usability.- Operating Membership Database.- Documentation Work such as Work Orders / Permits/ Insurance requests & Refund/ ... etc.

Reporting to HPD Clubhouse GM, The Main majority is as following:- Answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests.- Preparing the forms and contracts for the clients.- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary- Handling situations and complains.- Sending the daily report to the management office about any Updates.- Organizing employee work schedules.- Develop and maintain a filing system.- Customer Experience
