After working in hospitality for a long time, I know that attention and understanding are necessary in a good experience for everyone involved. In college I was the Student Manager of the Commons Desk on campus while in pursuit of my Bachelor's degree, from there I transitioned to working in the service industry. I began waitressing at an Italian restaurant while I worked towards my Master's, and within 2 years they offered me the Assistant Manager position. I was able to work on my interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills during my time there, but I am ready to begin my career in Psychology. I am hoping to find employment with great leadership and room for growth, as I'm going to learn a lot from any opportunity that I'm given. I have strong goal and detail orientation, and I'm not afraid of a challenge.
