I am a recent MBA graduate with a passion for creativity and teamwork! While my degree combination is an odd one to be sure, I decided to go for a business degree as I wanted to understand the financial aspect of implementing compliance protocols. To test myself, I stepped outside my comfort zone to move to another state for a year, regardless of having no experience with a real winter (having been born and raised in California all my life). I have experience presenting data in a formal research setting while utilizing cross-functional communication with my team members. In addition, I also have experience in the not so formal setting of collecting data from multiple waste processing sites, while directing employees and a fellow intern.While living in Wyoming, the importance of team work and to live each day with courage was solidified.
