I hold a Master's degree in Food Safety Management and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology at Zagreb University. My academic journey was shaped by my work in the Laboratory of Biology and Genetics of Microorganisms, where I completed my master's thesis and discovered my passion for experimental research. This experience sparked my deep interest in innovative food production, the development of novel products, emerging technologies, and the evolving landscape of the food and pharmaceutical industries.Currently, I work in a laboratory where I continue to expand my expertise and contribute to meaningful research and projects related to longevity. As a driven and adaptable individual, I am known for my enthusiasm, reliability, and self-motivation. My passion lies in microbiology, biochemistry, analytics, and toxicology - fields where I am eager to make impactful contributions.In addition to my professional pursuits, I am passionate about sports, particularly running, and I find inspiration in nature, reading, and singing.
