• Responsible for overseeing and monitoring customer loan application and approval process• Results and performance focused sale of financial and insurance products, warranties and protective products• Ensure smooth delivery process through effective time management and organizational skills • Provide an exceptionally high standard of customer service and integrity to our loyal customer base and new conquest customers

• Provide exceptional and effective training on company procedures, programs and products • Consult with franchisees on business development and attainment of sales goals • Develop and present training materials and programs using a variety of delivery platforms • Support and train franchisees/staff during opening process to ensure a smooth and successful opening
