As of August 2024 I am accepting clients online and in person at my private practice based in Toronto Ontario. I continue to see and accept clients for online therapy in the United Kingdom. I provide a compassion based approach with clients as the leader of their own treatment. I work with a variety of difficulties including social anxiety, body concerns, low mood, adjustment, ADHD, PTSD, abuse, life transitions and grief. I have over ten years of experience with children and adolescents aged 4 to 18. I aim to provide a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, able to grow and are empowered. I tailor and provide an individualized treatment plan. I work with each client at their own pace, comfort level and recognizing their diverse experiences in order to enable them to move forward in the way they determine will lead them to thrive. I am registered with the CRPO(qualifying) in Ontario Canada, accredited with the British counseling and psychotherapy association MBACP(accred) in the United Kingdom and a conditionally licensed therapist LMFT -c in Maine, United States.
