• Develop and maintain IT/Engineering candidate and client relationships including but not limited to corporate recruiting, software engineering, development, PM and other management.• Work with CEO's and department managers to identify new business needs and design solutions based proposals accordingly.• Worked for different accounts State clients, Techmahindra, CGI, L&T Infotech, KFORCE, Value momentum, Prokarma, ITC Infotech etc.,• Handle full cycle recruitment start with gathering requirements from Hiring managers to place the candidate at Client work place. • Review compensation expectations of candidates and generating offer letters• Daily interviewing of candidates, reference checks, client contact and negotiation of contracts and fees• Responsible to manage client relationships and working closely with clients on requirements.• Conducted Telephonic Interview (to check availability, communication skills, project experience, cost and other related factors) • Maintain a good relation with the candidate and the client after the candidate is placed at client site to get additional referral candidates and re-deployment of the candidate after the completion of their assignment• Manage a team of 8-10 recruiters, Handle whole recruitment process starting from assigning positions to deliver to Clients.• Screening resumes against positions and short-listing resumes based on the given Job description.• Coordinating with the client to understand the specific requirements against the vacant positions.• Communicating with the client and keep them up to date with the availability of candidates on specific technologies in specific region.• Distributing the requirements amongst the team members according to the capability, knowledge and skills on daily basis from the client.• Performing quality checks on routine basis on short-listed resumes done by other team members.
