The challenge they faced was to elevate the business side of their firm to the same level as their design talent, to position the firm to broaden its reputation beyond that of their founder to ensure that its future would continue and surpass its past accomplishments. Ewing & Associates restructured the company, helped to hire and onboard a new CFO, engaged and developed the partners and Executive Team to build needed infrastructure, coached and trained every level of employee to achieve the firm's long-term potential.
