When working at rumanas, I learnt that cummations and patients are key to working as a waitress. Having to make sure that tables are ready yo be seat the customers and take orders accurately in order to meet the expectations of the restaurant. When speaking to the customers, I had to make sure that my voice was in a warm and calming tone to set the correct atmosphere within the restaurant. Learning how to multitask in a restaurant as well as remember the customer orders, is a lesson learnt which I am willing to talk about in my next job

Due to working at a call centre and sometimes having to work at home due to covid, i had a responsibly of being patient and handling the customer queries and problems through the phone. I had tpo use the customers databases accurately and safely. Answering the phone was always key to the job, but answering in a polite and courteous manner, inoder to improve my communication skills as wel as achieving targets sets and meeting the expectations which had been given out to me and my team.

As part of my job, I manage customer bookings for all the hairdressers. Making sure that I was giving out the right information regarding the hairdressers products and service as well as the procedures. I had to make sure that the salon was ready for customers to enter when I opened the salon and when closing the salon, I had to make sure that it was ready for the next day.
